Scadding Gold Tailings Project Gold Recovery from Tailings

Canuc Resources Corporation (TSX-V: CDA, OTCQB: CNUCF, WKN: A14ZX4) receives a 4% NSR from gold produced at the Scadding Gold Tailings (GT) Project.
On November 8th, 2022 MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. transferred the 6.4 ha Mining Claim LEA 107735 holding the Scadding Gold Tailings (GT) Project to Environmental Tailings Corporation.
The Scadding GT Project held by Environmental Tailings Corporation is engaged in reprocessing of ~ 150 thousand tonnes of gold tailings which sit in-situ at the site of the tailings impound for the old Scadding Gold Mine. There are calculated to be ~ 4,800 recoverable oz. Au and, as compensation for releasing the tailings impound for reprocessing, MacDonald Mines Exploration was set to receive a 4% Net Smelter Return on gold produced.
On May 8th, 2025 Canuc Resources Corp. announced acquisition of MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd.
