The MidTex Energy Project is located on the Coody Morales ranch near to the town of Breckenridge in Stephens County West Texas. Breckenridge was a major oil producer in the 1920’s and was a staging point for the Wichita Falls and Southern Railroad prior to 1969.

Canuc Resources Corp., through its wholly owned subsidiary MidTex Oil and Gas Corporation, has been producing natural gas and natural gas liquids from wells on the Coody Morales ranch since 2011. The wells are long-life wells and have low decline rates and have multiple untapped hydrocarbon zones behind pipe.

All royalty payments to the Coody Morales family are up to date and in good standing. The leases provide rights for further in-field developments.
