Christopher J. Berlet is a graduate of Mining Engineering from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada and holds a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science in London, England. Mr. Berlet is a CFA Charter Holder (USA) and has more than 30 years of experience in both finance and the mineral industries. Mr. Berlet is a recent recipient of the Certificate in ESG Investing offered by the CFA Society of the United Kingdom and is a steward of environmental and governance best practice.

Christopher is an environmental investor and resource project manager and currently serves on the Boards of New Age Metals Inc. and Stakeholder Gold Corporation.

Mr. Chase is a graduate of Electrical Engineering from McGill University (1993). Mr. Chase’s career in Telecommunications followed the rollout of cellular networks throughout Latin America and especially Brazil. A long-time investor in mineral exploration projects, Mr. Chase is the founder of TNO Mining Inc. and operates Black Lake Mineração Ltda, a granite extraction company based in Espírito Santo, Brazil.

Mr. Christopher Cheng, P.Eng. is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Calgary (2009) and is a Professional Engineer registered with APEGA in the Province of Alberta. Mr. Cheng has 10+ years of experience in the upstream oil and gas sector working in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.

For the last 5 years Mr. Cheng has been specializing in the development of new and innovative extractive and drilling technologies. In 2020 Mr. Cheng transitioned to the renewable energy sector as Senior Development Engineer with Eavor Technologies Inc., a private geothermal company.

Mr. Kevin Olson is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). He has more than two decades of experience driving technology and innovation in the oil and gas industry and has recently served as Director of Global Sales at Core Laboratories N.V., a reservoir optimization leader. In this role Kevin had notable success developing business expansion across the Permian Basin in Texas, and in the Middle East.

Kevin holds a B.Comm from the University of Calgary. He has a track record of success leading cross-functional teams to identify, develop and launch new technologies in the oil and gas industry.

Mr. Li is a Chartered Professional Accountant and experienced finance executive with expertise across public accounting, financial reporting, corporate governance and Canadian public markets. He oversees financial reporting, regulatory compliance, corporate finance, audit and treasury functions. Prior to his executive roles, Mr. Li spent five years with Ernst & Young LLP, providing audit and assurance services to publicly listed and privately held companies across a broad range of industries. His experience includes financial reporting, internal controls, complex accounting matters and regulated capital markets. Mr. Li is a CPA, CA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

A Director of Stakeholder Gold Resources (TSX-V: SRC), as well as an advisor to Canuc Resources Corporation. He most recently founded Epic Life, a health intelligence platform, and previously co-founded Atlas Consolidated, the Singapore-based fintech behind Hugosave, HugoHub and HugoBank. He also co-founded Glint Pay, a gold-backed payments company, and in 2006 founded Hinde Capital, which managed the Hinde Gold Fund. Before that, he ran US rates trading at RBS Greenwich Capital.
