Christopher J. Berlet

Christopher J. Berlet is a graduate of Mining Engineering from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada and holds a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science in London, England. Mr. Berlet is a CFA Charter Holder (USA) and has more than 30 years of experience in both finance and the mineral industries. Mr. Berlet is a recent recipient of the Certificate in ESG Investing offered by the CFA Society of the United Kingdom and is a steward of environmental and governance best practice.

Christopher is an environmental investor and resource project manager and currently serves on the Boards of New Age Metals Inc. and Stakeholder Gold Corporation.

Mr. Finley brings decades of capital markets, corporate development and international business experience to Canuc Resources Corporation. He has spent much of his career in the commodities and natural resources sectors, with extensive experience across Asia and Latin America.

Artie Li

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Li is a Chartered Professional Accountant and experienced finance executive with expertise across public accounting, financial reporting, corporate governance and Canadian public markets. He oversees financial reporting, regulatory compliance, corporate finance, audit and treasury functions. Prior to his executive roles, Mr. Li spent five years with Ernst & Young LLP, providing audit and assurance services to publicly listed and privately held companies across a broad range of industries. His experience includes financial reporting, internal controls, complex accounting matters and regulated capital markets. Mr. Li is a CPA, CA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

Khadijah Samnani

Ms. Samnani has over 10 years of diverse industry experience spanning financial accounting, IT infrastructure, publishing software, and senior-level corporate management and administration. Her broad professional background has equipped her with strong financial, technological and organizational expertise, supporting effective business operations and corporate administration.

Ms. Samnani holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Development Studies from York University, providing her with a multidisciplinary foundation and global perspective.

Seymour M. Sears

B.A., B.Sc. (Geology), P.Geo.

Qualified Person for the Company

Mr. Sears is a Professional Geologist (P.Geo.) and mineral exploration executive based in Sudbury, Ontario, with more than four decades of experience in the mining and earth sciences industry. He specializes in property evaluations, data interpretation and the management of exploration programs and their QA/QC across North and South America.

Since 1984 he has been Owner and President of Sears, Barry & Associates Limited, a geological consulting firm. His expertise spans regional mineral exploration, the geological aspects of mine development and the preparation of technical reports. He acts as the Company’s non-independent Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101 and manages exploration activity on the East Sudbury Project.

Mr. Sears is registered with Professional Geoscientists Ontario and is a Life Member of the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC). He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Mount Allison University.

Dr. Jean-François Montreuil

PhD, M.Sc., B.Sc. (Geology), P.Geo.

Dr. Jean-François Montreuil has more than a decade of experience in the discovery, evaluation and advancement of complex hydrothermal mineral systems hosting precious, base, battery and radioactive metals. He has played a key role in advancing RPX Gold’s Wawa Gold Project and contributed to the discovery of the Minto Mine Deposit.

He holds an M.Sc. in Earth Sciences from Université Laval and a Ph.D. in Earth Sciences from INRS-ETE. His technical expertise is supported by extensive research collaborations with leading institutions, including the Geological Survey of Canada, BRGM, the Geological Survey of South Australia, BHP–Olympic Dam, the University of Windsor and Laurentian University.

Dr. Montreuil has also authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in economic geology, combining scientific expertise with practical exploration and project-development experience to support value creation in the mining sector.

Tito R. Montaño

Vice President Exploration, Mexico

Mr. Montaño is Vice President Exploration, Mexico, for the Company, leading its exploration work in Mexico, including the San Javier Silver-Gold Project in Sonora. He has been involved in earth sciences and mineral exploration for forty years and has extensive field experience across both North and Latin America.

Mr. Montaño holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Geology, completing his postgraduate studies at the Universidad de Sonora.
