San Javier Site Visit April 2022 – Canuc Resources Corporation

Canuc purchased the San Javier Fracc. 2 Claim, on which this Mill had been constructed, from Millrock Resources in January of 2021.

Today, Canuc management believes that this abandoned Mill facility may represent an infrastructure opportunity for the company that can be materially accretive to development prospects for the San Javier Silver-Gold Project.

Gold Zone Exploration

On December 14^th of 2021 Canuc first press released information relating to an extensive Gold Zone anomalous area detected across the southern portion of the company’s claim group (estimated to be between 2-3 km in strike extent).

Eleven (11) trenches have now been excavated at various locations across this extensive structure with widths ranging from 300 m to more than 600 m. More than 1,000 rock chip samples have been taken from this zone and are now in the lab for assay analysis.

Assay results are expected by June of 2022. If the Gold Zone is confirmed with further high-grade results (as first identified in this area on December 14^th of 2021), the structure will be evidenced over a substantial surface expression (3 km of strike length) and with significant width extents (up to 600 m). Positive assay confirmations would elevate the importance of this zone to that of a primary target for follow up drilling.

The Gold Zone is located approximately 800 meters from the abandoned Mill referenced above. The topography is almost flat with gentle relief, and there is a direct line of sight from the area of the Gold Zone to the abandoned Mill.
